GxpDocs.ai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered document generation tools for pharmaceutical validation and regulatory documentation. The Service includes document templates, AI-assisted content generation, and document export capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The Service, including all software, designs, templates, and content provided by GxpDocs.ai, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
Your Content: You retain ownership of documents and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in document generation. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all documents before use. GxpDocs.ai does not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet specific regulatory requirements or be suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GXPDOCS.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GXPDOCS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Regulatory Compliance
While GxpDocs.ai provides templates and tools aligned with pharmaceutical industry standards, you are solely responsible for ensuring that documents created using the Service comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements, including but not limited to FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5 guidelines.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
